How Terms Take Effect
A contract is formed between you and KvmZoneThis document is the User Service Agreement. "You" refers to the account holder or actual user.
Any of the following actions constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement in full:
- Clicking "Agree", "Confirm", or similar buttons during registration, login, or checkout;
- Accessing the website, console, or API interface in any way;
- Completing the account activation process.
If you do not accept any term, please stop using the service immediately. Persons under the age of 18 may not register or use this service.
What We Provide
Remote computing power via Apple Silicon hardware such as Mac Mini M4The main service capabilities are as follows (subject to features actually launched):
- Dedicated physical machine rental by period (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly)
- SSH command-line access
- VNC graphical desktop access
- Public network connectivity and bandwidth allocation
- Basic technical support services
We may modify, add, or remove features without prior notice; the actual delivery on the platform prevails, and we bear no compensation obligation for feature changes.
Accounts & Credentials
Accurate information, one account per person, keep credentials secureRegistration Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it updated; any consequences arising from false information are your responsibility. Each user may hold only one primary account.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials secure; all activity under your account is deemed to be your own. If you discover unauthorized account access, notify us via ticket as soon as possible; we cannot be held responsible for activities prior to the breach.
Non-Transferable
Without written authorization, you may not sell, lend, or sublease your account or its rights. If this rule is violated, we may immediately suspend the account without refunding any paid fees.
Acceptable Use
Resources may only be used for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable jurisdiction rulesUpon discovery of any of the following actions, we may immediately terminate service without refund:
- Violating laws or regulations of any country or region
- Cyberattacks, DDoS, scanning, or intrusion of other systems
- Sending spam or phishing
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, etc.
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
- Operating proxies, VPNs, or large-scale traffic relay without written permission
- Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Damaging platform infrastructure, network stability, or other users' interests
- Attempting to circumvent security or technical restrictions
Pricing & Renewal
USD prepayment, controllable auto-renewal, price changes do not apply retroactively to the current periodPrepayment & Billing Cycle
Fees are denominated in USD and must be prepaid before service begins. Confirmed periods (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly) cannot be shortened to shorter tiers; amounts already paid are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal
If you do not disable auto-renewal in the console before the end of the current period, the system will automatically charge and renew for the same period.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to adjust pricing; prices for current purchased periods remain unchanged, and new prices apply from the next billing cycle.
Taxes
Prices displayed on the platform do not include applicable taxes; any tax obligations arising from use of this service are your responsibility.
Operations & Maintenance
Striving for monthly network availability targets; maintenance windows noted separatelyAvailability Target
We target monthly network availability of 99.0% (excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure). This is a best-effort target and does not constitute a legally binding SLA commitment.
Operations & Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance will be notified as early as possible; emergency situations may proceed without notice. Downtime during maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations.
Fair Use
Each instance has defined CPU, memory, disk, and bandwidth specifications. If your traffic patterns or usage behavior unreasonably impact the shared network or other tenants, we may restrict or suspend resources without further notice.
Backups & Retention
The platform does not automatically back up on your behalf; data will be purged after expiryData backup responsibility lies entirely with you. We are not liable for data loss or unrecoverability for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Hardware failure or accidental damage
- Deletion after service termination or account suspension
- Human error or software defects
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
After subscription expiry or service termination, instance data will be permanently purged within 72 hours; this action is irreversible. Please migrate important data before this deadline.
Content & Branding
UI and code belong to the platform; your uploaded content remains yoursWebsite interfaces, brand identities, copy, components, software, and API documentation are KvmZone's intellectual property assets protected by law; unauthorized copying, adaptation, or redistribution is prohibited.
Data you store in instances retains your ownership. For the purpose of hosting and data transmission, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it during the service period.
You agree that we may use operational metrics data in an anonymized, aggregated statistical manner for performance optimization and feature development.
Warranty Scope
Implied warranties excluded to the extent permitted by applicable lawUnless otherwise required by mandatory law, we make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We are not liable for the following:
- Outages caused by backbone network or carrier failures
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government actions, or pandemics
- Disruptions to third-party services such as payment processors or upstream bandwidth providers
- Hacking or malicious third-party actions
- Damage or loss caused by user error
- Third-party claims arising from content you host
- Downtime actions taken pursuant to judicial or regulatory requirements
Liability Cap
Cumulative liability is capped at recently paid service feesFor all claims related to this Agreement or the service, KvmZone's total cumulative liability shall not exceed the service fees you actually paid to us during the most recent calendar month prior to the dispute.
The following types of losses are excluded from compensation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or the commercial value of data itself
- Losses caused by business interruption
If the law of a specific jurisdiction does not permit the above liability limitations, the terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
Suspension & Termination
You may cancel renewal; we may terminate immediately under certain conditionsVoluntary Termination by You
You may disable auto-renewal in the console at any time; the service will stop after the current period ends, and fees already paid are non-refundable.
Unilateral Termination by Platform
In the following circumstances, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate service without prior notice and without refund:
- Violating the prohibited list in Section 4
- Overdue billing for more than 72 hours
- Suspected fraud or use for illegal purposes
- Legal obligation to cooperate with law enforcement or regulators
- Behaviour that seriously endangers the platform or other users
Data Purge
After service termination, we will permanently delete all instance data associated with that account within 72 hours; this action is irreversible.
Term Updates
Online version prevails; continued use constitutes acceptance of new versionWe may revise this Agreement from time to time; revisions take effect upon publication on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revisions. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the revisions take effect; periods already purchased and not yet expired remain primarily governed by the pre-revision version.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules). If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the location of the operating entity.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it shall be adjusted to the minimum necessary extent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
